FROG Widgets – Shortlist showcased at #frog11

It was interesting to see the shortlisted widgets being showcased at the FROG conference yesterday. All kinds of widgets had been submitted into the competition for an iPad2. Congratulations must got to Chris Silverton from Ninestiles School who won for his widget that is a random name generator – great to run in the classroom when you have a no hands policy. It randomly generates a students name form the MIS data held behind it. If you missed out on the conference action, then check out the video below.

    Anyway, thought all the widgets were great and hope they come on the store soon.

      I wondered who it was :) Glad you have found the blog ok. Yes, widgets should be making their way to the store shortly. Hope you enjoy the blog – am hoping to add lots of value to it in the future as I’ve just moved it from Blogger, both the blog and I needed a new lease of life :)
